What should I do before pickup?
Clear small things off the rug, and tell us about any stains, pet accidents or loose fringe so we know to take a close look. At pickup, we move the furniture off the rug. You don’t need to be home: you can leave the rug out for us. Please note that we’re not responsible for the rug until we pick it up.
Can you repair my rug at the same time?
Yes. A repair always follows a full wash, so both are done in one pickup. Fringe, edges, holes and moth damage can all be looked at. We tell you what the repair involves and what it costs before we do it.
