At our facility we look over the fibres, dyes, edges and stains, then confirm the price with you.
We clean and dry it
We wash your rug the way its fibres need, rinse it well and dry it before it goes home.
Extra care, if you want it
Stain, pet urine, odour or repair work, done only after you’ve seen the price and said yes.
We bring it home
We deliver your rug back to your door, clean and ready to lay down.

Before pickup
Getting your rug ready
A few small things make pickup day easy.
There’s no need to vacuum or clean your rug first. Just make it easy for us to roll up and carry out. At pickup, we move the furniture off the rug.

Please don’t try strong household cleaners on stains before we come. Some can set a stain or fade the dyes. Just point the spots out to us.

At our facility
Inspection first, then cleaning
We look closely before we wash anything.
When your rug arrives, we check its fibres, dyes, fringe and edges, and any stains or pet accidents. We measure it and confirm the price with you. If you decide not to go ahead after the inspection, we bring your rug back at no charge.
Then we clean it the way its fibres need. Wool, silk, cotton and synthetic rugs each get the care that suits them, and every rug is dried fully, indoors and without high heat, before it goes home. The fringes also get extra treatment after drying.
If we find something we didn’t know about at pickup, we always call you. If you still want a regular wash, what we found doesn’t change its price. Nothing extra happens without your OK.
Extra care
Stains, odours and repairs
Some rugs need more than a wash.
If your rug has stains, pet urine, a smell that won’t leave, or worn fringe and edges, we can look after those too. Each one is priced after we’ve seen the rug, and we only suggest what your rug really needs.

- Odour Smells that stay after a regular wash.
- Repairs Fringe, edges, holes and moth damage.
- Super wash Washed from both sides, for thick rugs that need it.
Coming home
Delivery back to your door
Clean, dry and ready to lay down.
Regular cleaning usually takes about a week. Enzyme odour treatment can add another week, and stain treatment adds 1 to 3 weeks on average, sometimes more for stubborn stains. We arrange the delivery time with you.
To keep it fresh for longer, vacuum it often and turn it now and then, so it wears evenly.

Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free across our service area. You pay for the cleaning, which is priced by the size of your rug, plus any extra treatment you choose.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
You don’t need to be home: you can leave the rug out for us. Please note that we’re not responsible for the rug until we pick it up. Tell us when you book, and we’ll plan a pickup that works for you. If you’re there, you can point out any stains or damage.
How long will my rug be away?
It depends on your rug and the work it needs. Regular cleaning usually takes about a week. Enzyme odour treatment can add another week, and stain treatment adds 1 to 3 weeks on average, sometimes more for stubborn stains.
Can you pick up more than one rug?
Yes. Tell us how many rugs you have when you book, and we’ll plan the pickup around them.
Should I vacuum my rug before you come?
There’s no need. Cleaning is our job. Just clear small items off the rug so it’s easy to roll up.
