Questions
Booking questions
The questions we hear most, answered plainly. For anything else, just call us.
Does it cost anything to book?
No. Booking, pickup, delivery and your quote are all free. You only pay for the cleaning and any extras you approve. If you decide not to go ahead after we’ve looked at your rug, we bring it back at no charge.
What if I don’t know my rug’s size or type?
That’s fine. Put a rough guess in the note box, or leave it empty, and we’ll check when we see your rug. A photo helps: text it to (416) 939-7571.
Do I have to send photos?
No, but they help. Text them to (416) 939-7571 with the rug’s dimensions, or add the rug size in the form, and we’ll reply with an estimate before pickup.
What happens after I book?
We call you to confirm a pickup time and talk through the price. If you’d rather not wait, call us on (416) 939-7571.
