Who we are
A Toronto rug cleaning company
Area rugs are our focus.
We have been operational since 2011. We’ve built our reputation by maintaining outstanding relationships with our customers and always going the extra mile to keep them happy.
Our mission statement is: “Vivid Cleaning is dedicated to providing quality cleaning in Toronto. We have on-time service that does not single any customer out. We make sure that the customer is happy, and that is the only way we feel our job has been done.”
Vivid Cleaning offers a wide variety of carpet cleaning services in Toronto. Not only do we provide carpet cleaning services, but we also provide upholstery cleaning and rug cleaning. We started out as a carpet cleaning company, but due to high demand we quickly expanded to other areas of cleaning. Today our focus is area rugs: Persian and oriental rugs, wool and silk, and the everyday rugs that see the most life at home.
Family-owned and operated, we are a rug cleaning company serving the entire city of Toronto, including North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, as well as Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Thornhill. We pick up your rug, clean it at our facility and bring it back to your door.
The dog in our logo is modelled on a real one: our own fluffy Pomeranian.
How we work
Careful, honest and clear
Four things we do on every rug.
- Inspect first We look at the fibres, dyes, fringe and stains before we clean anything.
- Honest prices Cleaning is priced by size, and you see the full price before we start.
- Careful handling We have the needed experience to provide every rug that we clean with the full care it requires. It’s cleaned the way its fibres need, and dried fully, indoors and without high heat, before it goes home.
- Free pickup We collect your rug from your door and bring it back, at no charge.
If we find something at our facility that we didn’t know about, we always call you, and if you still want a regular wash, its price doesn’t change.
We only recommend what your rug really needs. If it needs extra care, we tell you what and why, and what it costs. Nothing extra happens without your OK. If you have any questions about your rug, just give us a call at (416) 939-7571.
What we clean
All kinds of area rugs
From hand-knotted heirlooms to everyday synthetics.
Tell us what you have, and we’ll tell you how we’d clean it. Not sure what your rug is made of? That’s fine. We check every rug before we clean it.
